The analysis takes up 4 main axes around personality :

Analysis of the axes

The Personality Report comes in the form of an easy-to-read radar. For each axis analysed, it gives a score ranging from 0 to 10. However, a low score does not mean bad personality traits but rather an opposite trait to the one marked on the diagram :

PART 2. MOTIVATION

Discover what your motivation levers really are in order to perform and maximize your morale and motivation.

The motivation scale gives in increasing order of importance our different sources of motivation. Each of these dimensions opposes two extreme needs. There is no such thing as a bad hierarchy: the weakest do not reflect a lack of motivation but rather very opposite needs.

 

PART 3. BEHAVIOUR

This analysis is used to decrypt your behavior in terms of teamwork, management style or resistance to stress. Each behavior is qualified by 1 adjective.

A behavioral style is the set of behaviors that a person can adopt in a specific context. Behavioral styles belonging to the same diagonal reflect rather opposite behaviors, while styles belonging to the same row or column reflect complementary behaviors.
